1. Studio Reward membership applications may be obtained at the participating Theatre boxoffice or
online. Cards will be available within 24 hours and must be picked up at the Theatre location that you
selected on your application.

2. Studio Reward membership is limited to those guests ages 13 and older. Theatre employees are not
eligible. Theatre reserves the right to deny membership to others at its sole discretion.

3. Studio Reward members receive one point for each dollar spent on ticket and concession purchases
made at the theatre. The membership card must be presented BEFORE the transaction in order to receive
the points. Only one membership card may be used per transaction. Our system will round the purchase to
the nearest dollar to determine the number of points awarded. For example, a purchase of $7.75 will be
rounded to 8 points. A purchase of $5.25 will be rounded to 5 points.

4. Members may obtain points for purchases made by themselves, family members and up to four
non-related guests per visit. A maximum of 100 points may be earned per day per card.

5. Points are not awarded for the purchase of Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Group Ticket sales, Cinema
Club season tickets, Children Matinee season tickets, theatre rentals, “roadshow” attractions, or Internet
ticket sales. Points are not awarded for the redemption of passes, rain-checks or coupons.

6. Members receive awards each time 50 points are earned. See the Reward Schedule for details. To
redeem an award you must bring in your card. Free Concession awards are good only for the size indicated
and are valid on the next concession visit. Ticket awards are good for one adult admission and are valid for
90 days. Ticket awards may be not be used for “special engagements,” “roadshow” attractions, “four-wall”
engagements, or for “no pass” pictures.

7. Reward cards and points must be used by the registered card member. Cards and points are not
transferable, except for points transferred from a lost, stolen or damaged card issued to the same member.
Replacement cards are subject to a $5 fee.

8. The points shall be forfeited upon inactivity of 24 months. Points have no cash value, are not gift
certificates and may only be used for rewards as specified in the most recent Reward Schedule.

9. Rewards are subject to verification. In the event of computer or telecommunications failure, awards
may temporarily be unavailable for redemption. Cards which have been transferred, altered, tampered
with, or mutiliated shall be voided, all previous points earned shall be cancelled, and the member prohibited
from the participating in the program.

10. The Theatre reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or Reward Schedule at
any time without any liability to Studio Reward members.
